Menu Plan Monday 10-15-07-10-21-07

French Onion Sandwiches (Easy & Fast!)
makes 4

2 T margarine
4 4oz beef cubed steaks
1 med onion sliced in rings
1 c beef broth
1 T cornstarch
2 t Worcestershire sauce
1/8 t garlic powder
4 slices French bread toasted
4 slices Swiss cheese

Melt margarine in a large skillet
Add steaks and cook until well done or until your preference
Remove from steaks from skillet and add onions cooking until tender.
Add broth, cornstarch, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder to pan.
Cook and stir until bubbly cook 2 more minutes from the boil point.
Top bread with steak, then cheese and then mixture.
